I am British Wheel of Yoga trained for over 30 years now, taking workshops, days and weekend breaks in this country as well as abroad. I have a background in complementary therapies, i.e. aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Yoga and most recently Tibetan Mindfulness Meditation. Yoga’s methodology has become a way of life for me, and I believe others who are interested in self-development (both body and mind) will benefit from practising yoga.
I teach a combination of physical and mental techniques linked in with correct breathing, thus promoting flexibility, increasing stamina and strength within the body.
I believe it is important to teach the activity safely, with a technique matched to the beginner, intermediate or advanced levels – not try to fit the person into postures which may be unsuitable.
